Dear Members,

Effective November 2, 2020, the Manitoba Museum Galleries and Planetarium are temporarily closed to the public due to the recent health restrictions implemented by the province associated with COVID-19. Both venues, as well as the Science Gallery, will be closed until further notice.

Since you are unable to visit the Museum right now, we are extending your membership by the length of time that our closure overlaps with your active membership term.

The Museum will continue to offer virtual education and public programs that can be enjoyed at home or in the classroom. Visit the Museum’s website ManitobaMuseum.ca for rich and dynamic digital offerings throughout the closure and check your emails for the Member Insider.

The Manitoba Museum remains committed to diligently adhering to all public health orders, restrictions, and guidelines issued by the province in their efforts to mitigate the spread and risks associated with COVID-19. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation.

If there is something that we can do for you that would enrich your Manitoba Museum member experience, please let us know by contacting our Membership Office at 204-988-0647 or [email protected]. We would love to hear from you!

We are thankful for each of our members and for the on-going support you are providing the Manitoba Museum!

Stay safe and healthy,

Lauren Baker
