We set aside two hours per Community Access visit. If you feel you may need additional time, please note this under ‘additional information’ on the form below. If you are running late for your appointment, please note that we cannot extend the duration of the visit.
We schedule visits Monday to Friday between 10 am and 3 pm, except statutory holidays.
We require a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice for a request. This gives us time to schedule the visit, search our collections for relevant belongings, and have a member of our team retrieve the belongings from storage and host you during your visit.
After your complete the form below, you will receive a receipt of submission by e-mail. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this in your inbox. One of our staff will reach out personally to confirm your visit once it has been scheduled.
