Living Worlds
Living Worlds invites you to journey through space and time to examine life as an essential quality of our home planet. Narrator Daveed Diggs takes you on an exploration of the co-evolution of life and our planet, revealing the ways in which life has transformed Earth’s surface and atmosphere over billions of years. Along the way, you’ll see how light and color can help us spot a living world, even from great distances.

Be A Climate Hero: Ocean Adventure!
Explore Science Zone – 1 pm to 4 pm, daily
Dive into some hands-on science with the Climate Hero pop-up workshop! Discover how the oceans act as the Earth’s lungs and thermostat – and what happens when things heat up. Conduct surprising experiments on ocean warming and acidification and learn how even small actions can make big waves for our planet. Come explore the science behind a changing climate!
Toddler Treehouse
Science Gallery – 10am-4pm daily
Our newest permanent exhibit in the Science Gallery is geared towards our youngest scientists and explorers! Curious toddlers aged three and under (along with their caregivers) are invited to climb, build, and investigate safely.
Guest Scientists: Living Laboratory
Science Gallery – Monday March 30 to Thursday April 2, from 1 pm to 4 pm, daily
Have you ever wondered how children’s minds work? Visit University of Manitoba researchers at their Living Laboratory in the Science Gallery. The Living Laboratory is an educational research experience where visitors of all ages can learn about the development of the human mind by participating in fun hands-on research studies and games.
