The Manitoba Museum is committed to ensuring all communities have opportunities to experience its life-changing programs and exhibitions and always feel welcome, connected, and part of Manitoba’s incredible stories.
Through Access for All, more than 10,000 community members enjoy complimentary access to the Museum each year through initiatives like First Fridays, Indigenous access and community partnerships.
Visitors engage in memorable learning experiences that bridge our understanding and love of history, nature, and science with today’s reality and hopes for the future.
Celebrating our shared humanity, sustaining the world, and expanding our understanding of the universe, the Access for All initiatives purpose is to remove financial, social, and cultural barriers to visitation. Through your support, the Museum aims to further grow, diversify, and engage new audiences. To continually reflect and assess research, collections, exhibitions, and programs to enhance their relevance to Manitoba’s diverse populations including ethnicity, culture, age, gender, and abilities. Continuing to create a museum that belongs to all Manitobans.

Apply for Access for All Complimentary Partner Passes
Through our flagship Access for All Community Initiative, we provide complimentary passes to nonprofit organizations serving a wide spectrum of communities, including:
Underserved Youth, Persons Living in Poverty, Newcomers, Indigenous Peoples, Women in Need, Seniors, Persons with Lived Experiences of Mental Health and/or Addictions, and Persons with Disabilities.
To receive tickets, your group must be a non-profit community group or registered charity. Individuals looking to apply are encouraged to explore other free admission options such as our First Fridays.
Conditions:
- Each organization can only apply once annually.
- Maximum of 30 tickets per group per year.
- We offer a maximum of 1,000 total tickets annually.
- Applications open April 1 of each year.
- Passes are good each year until March 31 of the following year.
- Tickets are subject to availability and approval.
What do approved organizations get access to?
Access for All Complimentary Admission tickets include All-Attractions complimentary passes.
These passes need to be exchanged for tickets at the Museum Box Office. Passes cannot be distributed, sold, or used for contests or fundraising purposes.
