This temporary exhibit features the story of Robert Jamerson, who served during the First World War in the famous No. 2 Construction Battalion, Canada’s largest Black military unit, and his son Frank, who served during the Second World War in the 3^rd Battalion Edmonton Fusiliers. Both later lived in Winnipeg, serving their community as leaders in the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters.

Entrance into this temporary exhibition is included with a Manitoba Museum All Attraction Pass. Manitoba Museum Members and Indigenous Peoples can access this exhibit at no charge.
