Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the membership of the Manitoba Museum will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 for the following purposes:
a) Receiving the report of the Chairperson and Treasurer and of the auditor or auditors, and other such reports as the Board may indicate,
b) Electing Governors,
c) Appointing auditors and fixing their remuneration,
d) Approval of the amended Manitoba Museum By-Laws to reflect gender neutrality, and Elected Board of Governors members terms to a maximum of 10-years to align to Appointed Board members via the Government of Manitoba’s Orders in Council maximum term of 10-years.
e) Transacting such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
The AGM is open to Manitoba Museum members only.
