Size of the BP oil disaster

Imagine taknig the BP oil spill, the worst environmental disaster in North American history (beating out the Exxon Valdez and Three Mile Island, for crynig out loud!) , and sticking it right here in Winnipeg, at Portage and Main. How far would it stretch? To Polo Park? Headingly? Guess again.
