Coat Check
Complimentary coat check will be available so you can enjoy your visit even more. Donations to help support the Museum are welcome.
Food & Beverage
The Museum welcomes Loaf & Honey, a pop-up restaurant where every dish has a story! Enjoy family-friendly favourites right beside Festival Hall.
Admission
Admission tickets can be purchased online and at both Box Offices (in the foyer on the main level and in the Concourse on the lower level).
Parking
The Manitoba Museum is located at 190 Rupert Avenue (at Main Street), across from Winnipeg’s City Hall and adjacent to the Centennial Concert Hall.
Loading Zone: Drop off or pick up at the Rupert Street doors.
Parking Options: There are several parking options available around the Museum. Please note that the Manitoba Museum does not own or operate any of the lots in the vicinity.
- Street metered parking along Rupert, Lily and Pacific streets allow for 2 hours of parking and take cash, card or pay by app on your smart phone. Street metered parking for 4 hours is available on Waterfront Drive, between MacDonald Avenue (close to Higgins Avenue) and Alexander Avenue. When visiting on weekends, street meter parking is free for 2 hours on Saturdays and is free all day on Sundays. If you need change for the meter, please visit the Reception desk or Museum Shop.
- Surface parking lots on Rupert and Alexander Streets takes payment by cash only (use quarters and dollar coins only)
- Indoor parkade at the Canada Games Sport For Life Centre on Pacific Street take payment by cash or card – more details here.

Accessibility
The Manitoba Museum is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. The Museum is wheelchair accessible and the loading zone on Rupert Street allows for visitors to be dropped off in close proximity to the entrance. Public Lockers
Full and half-size lockers are available for use and are located in the Concourse on the lower level. Locker keys are available for $1.00 (non-refundable) and can be purchased at and returned to either Box Office.
Wheelchairs and Strollers
For your convenience, we provide wheelchairs and strollers at no charge for visitors to use throughout their visit on a first come first served basis. Wheelchairs are located in Festival Hall on the main level and strollers are located in Festival Hall on the main level and in the Science Gallery on the lower level.
