Give our past a future. Adopt an Artifact today!
Did you know that the Manitoba Museum is home to over 2.8 million artifacts and specimens? We are honored with a sacred trust by the people of Manitoba to protect, preserve, and research our province’s human and natural history, and we take this responsibility very seriously.
Adopt an Artifact is a unique, fun and easy way to demonstrate your dedication to Manitoba’s local history and show your support towards many ancient treasures from around the world.
Through the Adopt an Artifact program at the Manitoba Museum, you can now symbolically “adopt” an artifact for your own private collection, or give the gift of history and discovery to a friend, family member or loved one. Schools are also encouraged to adopt an artifact for classrooms, as artifact adoptions make great class projects. For more information, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Your tax-deductible contribution will provide support for the conservation of our treasured artifacts, while also helping to support other Museum activities, including exhibits, programs and school tours.
