Product Description
This fossil is from the famous Manitoba Tyndall Stone quarries. Rugose corals, or “horn corals”, are the fossilized skeletons of creatures similar to sea anenomes. The point of the “horn” was sunk into the ancient seafloor, giving a solid support to the small creature that lived on it.
