Virtual Pop-Up Talk: What Do We Do With All These Artifacts?

July 15 @ 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

FREE
Conservator at work

The Manitoba Museum holds an incredible collection of artifacts and specimens of historical, contemporary, and scientific significance to Manitobans, but what do we do with them all?

Join us for a virtual pop-up talk to help celebrate our 50th Birthday, live from our conservation laboratory and in our history collections storage vault. Cindy Colford, Manager of Collections and Conservation, and Conservator Carolyn Sirett will talk about how they are getting objects ready for the new exhibitions that are part of the Bringing Our Stories Forward Gallery Renewal Project.

This pop-up talk will be streamed live on Zoom and on Facebook.

To join on Zoom, click the link : https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82707575892

For the best experience, download the Zoom app ahead of time.
