The Manitoba Museum has partnered with the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre for a special pre-theatre tour exploring the era of Sarah Ballenden, the heroine of Maureen Hunter’s upcoming drama. Discover the collections of the Hudson’s Bay Company and key artifacts from the early days of the Red River Settlement and the Métis community in Manitoba.
The one-hour Era of Sarah Ballenden tours take place at 2:00 pm on Saturdays, April 22, April 29, and, May 13, leaving plenty of time before the 4:00 pm matinee performances to explore the Museum further or grab a quick refreshment. Patrons are also welcome to arrive early, and explore the museum galleries before their tour.
Cost: $13.90 general
2:00 PM on Saturday April 22nd, Saturday April 29th, and Saturday May 13th
