Join us on October 23 & 24, between 11 am and 5 pm to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Weekend!

Teachers, teacher candidates, and homeschooling parents are invited to bring up to four people to visit the Manitoba Museum for FREE as our way of saying thank you for your support! 

Free admission to the Museum Galleries includes our new Welcome and Prairies Galleries. This is a great opportunity for you to check out these two wonderful new areas! Tickets for the Planetarium are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis on-site that day. 

No need to pre-book , just check in with us in the Museum foyer. Kindly bring your MTS card, education certificate, or home school enrollment with you.


 

Please note: 

Proof of Vaccination & ID – In compliance with current public health orders all visitors, ages 12+, are required to show proof of full vaccination (QR code on smartphone or vaccination verification card) and government-issued identification upon arrival. Unvaccinated children under 12 years of age may visit the Museum when they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

Face Mask Policy – All visitors, ages 5+, are required to wear a face masks during their visit at the Manitoba Museum. Face masks are available at the Box Office.
