Join us for a Sunday afternoon highlights tour of our new exhibition, Legacies of Confederation: A New Look at Manitoba History, with Curator of History, Dr. Roland Sawatzky. The tour will be followed by a discussion and delicious food (*faspa) at Peg Beer Co.
Dr. Roland Sawatzky will highlight iconic artifacts that bring to life some of the key players and events in Manitoba’s entrance into Confederation. Discover objects related to Louis Riel, Charles Tupper, and William Hespeler, among others.

*Faspa is a low-German, Mennonite term for a late afternoon lunch complete with cold roasted chicken and ham, pickles, preserves, and homemade rolls. Vegetarian option available. Cost includes faspa, does not include drinks.
