Join us for the kickoff of the Fall 2021 season of [email protected]!!

The week after New Moon delivers a thin crescent in our evening sky after sunset. We’ll talk about the Moon’s phases and look at craters and mountains with binoculars and telescopes. We’ll also talk about earthshine and how it allows us to see the “dark side” of the Moon. If the weather cooperates, we’ll have live telescope views during the show!

Plus, constellations, planets, and other cool space stuff.

Beginning this episode, we’ll be back on Zoom as well as Facebook and YouTube.

Register on Zoom or join us on Facebook or YouTube live!

[email protected] is a weekly series of FREE virtual programming inviting Manitobans to explore the universe with Planetarium Astronomer Scott Young.

As pioneering Canadian astronomer Helen Sawyer Hogg always said, “The stars belong to everyone.”
