Is there an archaeologist aboard? Expedition tourism with Adventure Canada
By Dr. Amelia Fay, Curator of HBC Collection
Adventure Canada brings together scientific experts, artists, and culturalists to offer their passengers an educational experience as part of their expedition tour. The role of archaeologist is especially important as the ship is required to have a permit-holder on board to not only interpret the archaeological sites, but ensure their preservation. Amelia was asked to fill this role for the 2017 Greenland-Labrador journey based on her expertise on Labrador Inuit archaeology. Join Amelia as she shares her experiences from this amazing two-week voyage!
