Students explore ancient Egypt and examine a full-size reproduction of a tomb wall, attempt using everyday ancient Egyptian objects such as an Egyptian pillow and a scribe palette, or even try on some Egyptian clothing. They “mummify” a classmate in an interactive demonstration and then mummify a carrot to take back to school.
