ON-SITE SCHOOL PROGRAMS

For those of you who are able to visit us in-person at the Manitoba Museum, we have adjusted our on-site school program offerings to adhere to provincial health guidelines.

Effective September 10, 2021:

  • All visitors and Museum staff must wear a face mask while in the building.
  • All visitors aged 12+ must show proof of full vaccination (QR code on smartphone or vaccination verification card) upon arrival.
  • All visitors aged 18+ must show government issued ID along with their proof of vaccination.
  • Groups attending guided programs will be divided to ensure physical distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer will be used before and after the use of touchable materials in guided programs.
  • Some programs will be temporarily unavailable due to the difficulties in maintaining physical distancing and/or keeping touchable materials appropriately sanitized.

Find all our COVID-19 protocols HERE.

As of September 10, The Museum Galleries are open Thursday and Fridays for guided and self-guided experiences.  Come and see our brand-new Prairies and Welcome Galleries!

The Planetarium is closed to the public on weekdays but is available for school bookings on Thursday and Fridays.

The Science Gallery will be available for school bookings later in the fall. Stay tuned for more details!

See list of available in-person programs in the menu to the left.
